Policies and Terms of Use

Thanks for joining the Peris network! These Policies and Terms of Use of Peris and our affiliates (collectively, “Peris,” “we,” and “us”) applies to the displays with charging power banks you have been provided.

By continuing to interact with us, you are consenting to the practices described in these Policies and Terms of Use. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return at your sole cost.

End User Customers

We sell displays with charging power banks to the contracted customers for their own use

Device Care

To ensure the displays with charging power banks are not lost or stolen, we will provide and recommend the use of a security cable to safely secure the power banks to the table or other fixtures. Alternatively, you could opt to hold a deposit or credit card while your patrons use the displays with charging power banks

Limited Warranty

Peris warrants your power banks against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days

High Level of Risk

Products provided by Peris include professional-use equipment used to recharge or charge mobile phones. Use of Peris' products for this purpose can be associated with a high level of risk, especially if used incorrectly. Risks include but are not limited to serious physical injury, burns, disability and/or death. Users of our products release Peris and agents, representatives from any and all liability, causes of action, suits for property damage, bodily injury, death and all other claims arising out of use of the equipment.

Assumption of Risk

By providing or allowing use of Peris' products, you understand and agree that professional charging equipment, such as this product can be associated with a high level of risk and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE USING OUR PRODUCTS, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF PERIS, including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of Peris. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Peris harmless from any third party claims arising from such High Risk Uses, or any use or misuse of our products.

Limitation Of Liability

As set forth above under the limited warranty provisions, Peris' liability is limited to repair or replacement of its products which are returned to it in the specified period of time. In no event shall Peris' liability exceed the value of the product(s) sold. In no event shall Peris be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of any of its products.

Peris' Trademarks, Logos and Brands Restrictions on Use

We love all of the passion and enthusiasm for Peris and our products and services, but we must be mindful of our brand identity, our reputation, and the goodwill developed under our trademarks, logos, product designs, trade dresses, user interfaces, and other assets. That means that we must ensure that these assets are used only with our permission
